When I stop and think about the path that led me to Crunchy Links, I keep coming back to the notion of people. My career has taken many turns, but always maintained an underlying continuity throughout.
In any position I take on, I always strive to remove noise where I can, solve problems, and move the business forward through innovation, genuine relationships, and transparency.
I’ve never been a fan of all the typical hang-ups and red tape that typically stunt growth within a business, or even worse, create a brutal and unfulfilling work life with unhappy customers to go along with it. Yep. We don’t lock you into anything. We do require a deposit up front, and ask you give us a 30 day notice, so we can close up shop and pass everything over to you.
As a company, we work with each customer to determine a cause they want a percentage of our revenue to go to. Each employee also gives time and money to causes near and dear to them.
We work primarily with startups who have at least raised either a seed or series A round. But we also work with (and love) bootstrapped startups that have an ARR of at least $2mm.
