Why would you even care?

Trust us, we get it.

All marketing agencies promise the same thing, so why listen

to yet another marketing agency trying to convince you we’re different? We get it.

Any agency will promise the latest in technology, the most up-to-date practices, and the best-in-class service.

The big secret is the only things that separate digital marketers from each other are years in the space and particular subject matter expertise.

None of us have flashy magical concoctions. We do have ideas that we test to find the right solution for your business.

That’s it.  It’s that simple.

So, you’re probably asking yourself what makes us any different from other marketers? What are we selling?

Honestly, we’re selling nothing but ourselves. Yes, we have flexible contracts where you can cancel anytime. Sure, we have 25+ years in digital marketing. But honestly? We believe it’s time for a change. So we’re calling our shot.

We know you’ll love what we do, so you’ll never need to give us that 30-day notice. We know you care about your community at large, we want to make a difference too. That’s why we started crunchy cares, where we partner with our customers to contribute to causes you care about.

We’re holding our own feet to the fire so you don’t have to. And because we’re not just working for ourselves, but for the community at large, you can be sure we’ll give you 100%.

Flexibility. Hustle. Purpose.

Isn’t it time you had that in a partner?

Get to know our beautiful faces.

Crunchy Links started because I realized a few things about myself:

  1. I don’t do well with management.
  2. I can’t stand it when people make life more difficult than it needs to be.
  3. Life is so much easier when you just tell the truth.

Unfortunately, I’ve been in too many places where middle managers use their employees as scapegoats, companies make life harder than it has to be for both their customers and their employees, and people (for fear of losing their job, their clients, whatever) fib to tell people what they want to hear.

I created Crunchy Links to show people that you can build a successful business where people feel valued and empowered. Where  transparency is rewarded (even if it’s not good news). Where you can have the freedom to make mistakes and not worry about your job. And where customers feel like they have a partner, not some agency they have to babysit.

Above all else, Crunchy Links is about empowerment. We’ve created Crunchy Cares to make our communities a better place. And ultimately, we’ll be creating Crunchy Capital, to help people build their own businesses, who wouldn’t otherwise have a chance to do so.

Big things are coming. It’s an exciting time to come aboard.

I want the next generation of Black tech minds to see me in a position of power, running a successful digital marketing agency, and know they can do the same. Hell, that they can do BETTER. If you’d like to be an ally in that, look at your hiring practices. Look internally and find the Black women and men working for you. Take them to lunch and ask how they’re doing. Find out if they know any other Black women and men who they feel belong in tech. Hire those people. It’s not that hard to get diversity in tech. You don’t need a fancy Head of Diversity and Inclusion to do it. You just need to open your eyes and mind to the possibility your hiring has excluded Black women and men.

Black trans women and men matter. Black women and men matter. Black boys and girls matter.

When I stop and think about the path that led me to Crunchy Links, I keep coming back to the notion of people. My career has taken many turns, but always maintained an underlying continuity throughout.

In any position I take on, I always strive to remove noise where I can, solve problems, and move the business forward through innovation, genuine relationships, and transparency.

I’ve never been a fan of all the typical hang-ups and red tape that typically stunt growth within a business, or even worse, create a brutal and unfulfilling work life with unhappy customers to go along with it. Good work will always speak for itself, plain and simple. I’ve found to just keep things honest, proactive, and productive and everything else works itself out.

And equally as important, we always approach our work in the spirit of creativity, empathy, transparency, and integrity — all while maintaining a genuine caring for each other and our clients.

Personally, I couldn’t be happier about the good work I get to be a part of everyday. The future’s bright, and I know one thing’s for sure — we’re gonna keep things ‘Crunchy’ the whole way.

FAQ

Are Contracts Really Month - To - Month?

Yep. We don’t lock you into anything. We do require a deposit up front, and ask you give us a 30 day notice, so we can close up shop and pass everything over to you.

What Industries do you serve?

We provide marketing to B2B SaaS startups in the FINTECH, MEDTECH, and CYBER SECURITY industries. We also have extensive experience with ECOMMERCE brands.

How do you give back to the community?

As a company, we work with each customer to determine a cause they want a percentage of our revenue to go to. Each employee also gives time and money to causes near and dear to them.

Do you work with Small Businesses?

We work primarily with startups who have at least raised either a seed or series A round. But we also work with (and love) bootstrapped startups that have an ARR of at least $2mm.

That’s where we found we can be most effective.
