Influencers are people too, and hate spam as much as you and me! So let’s just make sure we always ask “would I like this if I was in their position?” Ultimately when you engage with an influencer, it’s a relationship you’re building.

So a young 17 year old girl just found out her pictures, name, and bio were all stolen to create a new (fake) account. She discovered that this account was retweeting pornographic images, followed and retweeted accounts using Arabic, and tweeted about cryptocurrency and real estate…!
Facebook has changed their algorithm to prioritize posts from friends and family. This means the price to spend on pushing content will increase. Micro-influencers can add a new (more cost effective) strategy to make up for lost ground.
Brand Ambassadors are highly influential and usually free. They usually only have good things to say. If they admit you’re not perfect, that’s a good thing.
Make sure you set up a way to measure results. Finding micro-influencers is hard.
